Bitrate for video preview has been lowered to support users with slow connections, in future we might get a option for low/high bitrates.

So after days of working on this baby, it almost done with some final touches remaning.
Video previews is working fine now, so start uploading !
Will be closely following the traffic and servers stats, in next few days and try optimize it.
